Delicious Lobster Tails done on the grill… yum, yum!


Lobster Tails (room temperature)

Butter (1 stick for 4 small to medium tails)

Garlic – 1 clove or crushed (or garlic salt)

Lemon juice – 2 tbps.

  • Split tails completely down the middle & crack shell (don’t cut all the way through)
  • Melt butter & stir in lemon juice and garlic
  • Use basting brush to coat lobster meat
  • Place lobster flesh down & grill 8-10″ from low fire until they get grill marks (5 min’s)
  • Flip tails onto their shell side & baste meat with more butter mixture
  • Grill several more minutes basting frequently for about 5-7 more min’s until they turn opaque
