Wrap bacon around edges of each pork chop & secure with toothpick

Sprinkle with seasoning of choice

Place on grill 8-10″ from low flame & cook 15 min’s each side or until done

1-1/4 # loin or shoulder Lamb Chops

Olive oil & Sea Salt

Mint Jelly

  • Brush Lamb Chops with olive oil & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ from low flame for 3-5 min’s each side until desired doneness
  • Serve with mint jelly

1# unsliced French bread

1/2 c. sun-dried tomato pesto or basil pesto

4 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese

18″ heavy duty Aluminum Foil

Pam cooking spray

  • Spray aluminum foil with Pam cooking spray
  • Cut French bread diagonally into 12 slices to within 1″ of bottom (don’t cut all way through)
  • Spread pesto on both side of slices
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese between slices & wrap in foil
  • Grill 5-6″ over low flame about 20-30 min’s turning once until hot

Delicious Lobster Tails done on the grill… yum, yum!

LOBSTER TAILS

Lobster Tails (room temperature)

Butter (1 stick for 4 small to medium tails)

Garlic – 1 clove or crushed (or garlic salt)

Lemon juice – 2 tbps.

  • Split tails completely down the middle & crack shell (don’t cut all the way through)
  • Melt butter & stir in lemon juice and garlic
  • Use basting brush to coat lobster meat
  • Place lobster flesh down & grill 8-10″ from low fire until they get grill marks (5 min’s)
  • Flip tails onto their shell side & baste meat with more butter mixture
  • Grill several more minutes basting frequently for about 5-7 more min’s until they turn opaque

Ready made pizza crust

Pizza Sauce or Alfredo Sauce for Chicken Pizza

Olive Oil

2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Pam cooking spray

  • Away from fire, spray grill with cooking spray
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame pizza crust until brown (about 3 min’s)
  • Turn crust over & brush with olive oil
  • Add toppings of choice & mozzarella cheese (pizza sauce will be served on side after cooked)
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil & cook slowly (about 12″ from low flame) until cheese melts 10-15 min’s
  • Serve with pizza or alfredo sauce on the side for dipping

 

12 Chicken Drumsticks (room temperature)

Olive oil

12 Thick-sliced Bacon

BBQ Sauce (if desired)

Toothpicks

•In large pan, sprinkle oil on drumsticks, rub in & sprinkle seasoning of choice
•Wrap each drumstick with bacon & secure with toothpicks
•Grill 8-10″ from low fire turning every 10-15 min’s
•After 30 min’s, add BBQ sauce if desired & cook for 5 min’s (if no BBQ sauce used, cook another 10 min’s)
•Turn & add more BBQ sauce & cook for 5 min’s

Baby Red Potatoes & Carrots (partially-cooked)

  • Thread on skewers (put carrot last to hold everything on)
  • Coat with olive oil & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10-15 min’s each side

Mushrooms

  • Thread on skewers & brush with melted butter & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side

Broccoli Florets (partially cooked)

  • Thread on skewers & coat with olive oil or butter
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side until tender

Asparagus (partially cooked)

  • Thread on skewers & coat with olive oil or butter & lemon
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 5 min’s each side for small stalks or 10 min’s each side for large stalks until tender

Fresh Green Beans

  • Thread on regular skewers or U-shaped vegetable skewer (more stable)
  • Coat with olive oil or butter & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side until tender

For 4 skewers

1# large raw Shrimp

20 oz. can Pineapple rings (cut into fourths)

12 oz. bottle Teriyaki sauce

Butter & garlic salt

  • Marinade Shrimp & Pineapple in bowl or large ziplock bag over night
  • Thread Pineapple & Shrimp on each skewer (Pineapple on each end)
  • Grill 8-10″over low flame 5-7 min’s each side until Shrimp is opaque
  • Serve with melted butter & garlic salt

Brush fillets with olive oil or butter

Place on mesh screen or pan on grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side (depending on thickness of fillet) until flakes apart

Serve with lemon & tarter sauce
