Baby Red Potatoes & Carrots (partially-cooked)

  • Thread on skewers (put carrot last to hold everything on)
  • Coat with olive oil & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10-15 min’s each side

Mushrooms

  • Thread on skewers & brush with melted butter & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side

Broccoli Florets (partially cooked)

  • Thread on skewers & coat with olive oil or butter
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side until tender

Asparagus (partially cooked)

  • Thread on skewers & coat with olive oil or butter & lemon
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 5 min’s each side for small stalks or 10 min’s each side for large stalks until tender

Fresh Green Beans

  • Thread on regular skewers or U-shaped vegetable skewer (more stable)
  • Coat with olive oil or butter & sea salt (if desired)
  • Grill 8-10″ over low flame for 10 min’s each side until tender
